David Knotek is the co-founder and former CEO of Chemical Guys, the Los Angeles car-care company built from a garage into a global brand sold around the world, known as much for its community as for its innovative products.
He is an Advisor and Operating Partner at RX3 Growth Partners, a consumer growth-equity firm, where he works alongside founders on brand, marketing, and scale. Via his own Venture Studio, he has mentored founders and start-ups. He supports entrepreneurship for underserved youth in the Los Angeles Port Area through his partnership with the Boys & Girls Club and created a one-of-a-kind Entrepreneurial Center / Innovation Studio to help kids create products and explore their dreams of becoming business owners and entrepreneurs.
His current work is New Romantics, a cultural project and community built around gatherings, conversation, and the art of feeling fully alive. He came to the United States in 1990.
